By placing an order on The Purpose website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order & Payment

• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

• Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times within UAE take up to 2 business days.

• International shipping may take 7-14 business days

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or courier delays).

• Customers are required to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Any claims for defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with proof (photos/videos).

4. Product Availability

• Our products are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.

• Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee purchase; checkout must be completed to secure your order.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content on our website are the exclusive property of The Purpose and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
